Privacy & methodology

Your information

AI is OK and C51 use the business details and email you submit to prepare your requested visibility report, manage the review and respond to enquiries. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately. Requesting a snapshot does not subscribe you to marketing.

We also record simple campaign labels in the link you use, such as LinkedIn or Facebook, to understand which channels generate requests. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Requests and reports are stored in the service database. Access to the review workspace is restricted to authorised administrators. Reports use long, unlisted private links; anyone you share a report link with can view it. Reports do not display your email address.

Only public business information and generic buyer questions should be used for external AI checks. Do not submit passwords, confidential client information or sensitive personal data.

To request a correction or deletion, contact AI is OK through its main website and include your report reference. Information is retained to fulfil the service and measure demand; deletion requests are reviewed by the operator.

What the check measures

We run selected buyer questions in fresh conversations on accessible AI services and save the observed answers. We record dates, model details where visible, competitor mentions and sources where available. Account state, location and platform access can affect results.

The mention count includes only completed checks. An inaccessible platform is a coverage gap, not a negative result. A branded fact-check is kept separate from unbranded recommendation questions.

This is a dated sample, not a measure of all buyer conversations or market share. Recommendations are hypotheses to test. Neither visibility nor a change in visibility guarantees leads, sales or a particular ranking.

Paid work

A paid-audit enquiry records interest. It does not charge you or create a subscription. Scope and price must be agreed separately before paid work begins.
